Every MoonCat product is made to order in Lithuania, helping to reduce waste and ensure each item is created especially for you.
Once your order is placed, it will be manufactured within 24–48 hours before being handed over to our shipping partner for delivery. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframes below.

Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges that may apply in the destination country.
If any fees are due, your local customs authority or delivery carrier will usually contact you directly. If you have not received a notification but believe your parcel is being held, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the delivery carrier for further information.
Please note that customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and import regulations vary from country to country. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Orders arribing into the United Kingdom will not be subject to customs fees.
Orders shipped to the United States are the exception. We handle all customs procedures on your behalf, meaning no additional customs duties or import fees will be charged upon delivery.
